Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Rami Raidan – The Business Guru, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. This refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while protecting the time, energy, and resources invested into each project and coaching relationship.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Tech Clarity for Coaches Group Coaching and One-on-One Sessions:
    Due to the nature of coaching and our commitment to holding a reserved time slot for each client, all coaching programs are non-refundable once booked.
  • Courses and Digital Content:
    Once accessed or downloaded, online courses, PDFs, and digital training content are non-refundable.
  • Done-For-You Digital Services:
    All DFY services are time- and labor-intensive. Therefore:
    No refunds are issued after 60 days from the project start date.
    Clients on a payment plan are still required to complete all scheduled payments.
    Refunds are not applicable for services already completed or significantly underway.
  • Third-party costs (domain names, hosting, plugins, software licenses, etc.) are non-refundable once paid or registered.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions and must be requested within 5 business days of the first payment:

  • Work has not started, or only minimal work has been completed.
  • The services delivered do not reasonably align with what was stated in the signed agreement.

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, change in business direction, or failure to submit necessary materials on time.

4. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email success@ramiraidan.com with the subject “Refund Request”
  • Include the reason for the request and any supporting documentation
  • Allow up to 5 business days for a response and review

5. Refund Assessment and Issuance

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds may be partial or full, based on:

  • Work completed
  • Time and resources allocated
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
