Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Rami Raidan's 'Done-For-You' and other services, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy aims to be clear and fair, balancing client satisfaction with the integrity of our business practices.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, under the following conditions:

  • ​​The refund request is made within 5 business days of the initial payment.​
  • The provided services did not align with the specifications in the service agreement.
  • Work has either not started or only a minimal portion has been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are inherently non-refundable due to their nature:

  • ​Coaching sessions, once conducted, are non-refundable​.
  • Courses, once purchased and accessed, cannot be refunded.
  • Services that incur third-party costs (like domain registration, hosting services, and third-party plugins).
  • Work that is already completed or in progress.
  • Custom services or products uniquely tailored for the client.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, the client must:

  • ​Send a written refund request to info@ramiraidan.com, detailing the reasons.
  • ​Provide supporting documentation or evidence for the refund claim.​

5. Refund Assessment

On receiving a refund request, we will:

  • Review the request against the terms in the service contract
  • Evaluate the completed work and incurred costs.

6. Refund Issuance

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. The refund may be partial or full, depending on the work completed and costs incurred up to that point.
