Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rami Raidan| The Business Guru. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including Done-For-You marketing, coaching programs, live events, and workshops. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which ensure a smooth and professional collaboration designed to elevate your business.

2. Services Offered

We provide tailored digital services including, but not limited to:

Brand Identity Development

Portfolio and Coaching Website Creation

Website Funnels

Marketing Email Templates

Online Course Development

Video Production

YouTube Channel Management

Group Coaching and One-on-One Coaching Programs

Live Workshops and Events

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for delivering required materials, text, images, videos, and information, in a timely manner. Delays from the client’s end may extend project timelines and do not affect payment obligations.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

We deliver our services professionally and within the agreed scope. Edits or updates outside the original agreement will incur additional charges.

5. Content Usage & Rights

By participating in any live workshop, one-on-one or group coaching session, you agree that:

We may record and use video/audio footage or screenshots of sessions for educational or promotional purposes.

Any written, video, or verbal testimonials may be used for marketing or advertising across platforms (with or without attribution unless otherwise requested).

We will not disclose confidential personal or business data without your consent.

All workshop/training materials remain the intellectual property of Rami Raidan and may not be redistributed or sold without written permission.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice if a material breach is not resolved. If terminated by the client, deposits are non-refundable and any completed work must be paid in full.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unsuccessful, they will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.

8. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 2 days of issuance.

Projects over $3000 require a 50% deposit.

A 5% late fee applies monthly to overdue payments.

Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of client delays or paused communication.

9. Refund Policy

Tech Clarity for Coaches (Group or 1-on-1 Coaching): No refunds are available, as coaching time and capacity are reserved in advance.

Done-For-You Digital Services: No refunds after 2 months from the project start date.
Clients on payment plans are still responsible for completing full payment per the agreed schedule.

10. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. Rami Raidan retains the right to display completed work and non-confidential content for portfolio and promotional purposes. Drafts and unused concepts remain our property.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client data during and after the engagement, unless disclosure is legally required.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Your ongoing business operations post-project delivery

Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting, or software integrations

Marketing outcomes unless separately contracted for ad strategy or management

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by Rami Raidan from time to time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the client.

13. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Severability: If any clause is unenforceable, all others remain in effect.
